Personally Identifying Information
Cognitiv may collect personally identifying information provided by you when submitting inquiries or signing up for offerings through the Services. You can always op-out of providing personally identifying information, with the understanding that this may prevent you from engaging in certain activities through the Services.

Cognitiv controls and operates the Services from the United States, and the Services are not intended to subject us to the laws or jurisdiction of any state, country or territory other than that of the United States.
The Services are not intended for use by children under thirteen years of age. Cognitiv will delete any personally identifying information collected that we determine identifies a visitor under the age of thirteen.
Any changes to this Policy will become effective upon posting on cognitiv.ai and accessible through all Services via a link. You can determine when this Policy was last revised by referring to the “Last Updated” date above. Use of the Services following such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy then in effect.
