These kinds of efforts are especially important to consider when gift-giving this holiday season. A third-party research study from the purpose-driven marketing company, Givsly, actually found that branded swag and merchandise was the number one area advertising and marketing professionals could reduce to combat climate change.
That being said, this holiday season (and always) we are striving to enable our clients, partners and prospects to give back sustainably and seamlessly. This is why we’ve partnered with Givsly’s Season Without Swag initiative, the leading industry sustainability holiday campaign that allows clients to eliminate swag waste by replacing a duplicative material gift with a tangible opportunity to give back. That means instead of receiving branded merchandise or a generic gift basket, we are encouraging clients to choose from one of three nonprofits and are making a donation on their behalf.
