At Cognitiv, we’ve focused heavily on developing and nurturing an inclusive, engaging environment for our employees. This has been particularly important as our company has seen expansive growth. We’ve put a clear emphasis on making sure that our team is connected and well supported through consistent inter-team communication, creative virtual all-company activities and individual growth opportunities.
This is why it’s especially meaningful for Cognitiv to share that we have been shortlisted for Digiday’s 2021 Worklife Awards for Most Collaborative Culture.
In another challenging year as the global pandemic has continued to play out, impacting us all as we adapt to life personally and professionally, we’ve taken steps to reopen parts of our daily work life, including how to return to in-office working or continuing to improve remote working environments.
This year’s awards highlight the efforts that companies made as the world continued to adjust to new ways of working, including furthering commitment to DE&I, employee wellness, and collaboration in order to focus on how to best support their people.
