Cognitiv is an advertising data analytics company that processes consumer information on behalf of its customers to help optimize the effectiveness of their  online advertising through targeted interest-based ads. Advertising supports free content which enriches user experiences. Our goal is to make advertising more effective, efficient, and relevant for users by helping advertisers display ads more likely to be of interest to you through interest-based ads.

The consumer information Cognitiv uses to assist its customers with delivering interest-based ads includes Non-Personally Identifiable Information (“Non-PII”) collected from consumers’ computers and mobile devices. This Non-PII may include, but is not limited to, Internet Protocol address, browser-type, referring site, pages viewed, date and time of visit, computer or device type, operating system, GPS location, and Internet Service Provider.
